No. You should have the basic framework of your trip, including the destination and approximate dates, but you do not need every restaurant, activity, or transportation detail figured out. That's part of what you're hiring Moments Ahead to help with.
That's completely fine. Your existing flights, hotels, reservations, and other confirmed plans can be incorporated into your itinerary. If you already have the major pieces booked and simply want everything organized into one cohesive plan, the Simplify My Trip option may also be a good fit.
If you have questions or notice an issue with the information provided, reach out and I'll help clarify it. Because each itinerary is custom built, the best approach is to provide as much detail as possible in your questionnaire before planning begins.

Moments Ahead uses a flat-fee planning model. You choose the package based on the length and structure of your trip, and the planning fee is paid when you book.
I recommend booking at least one month before your trip. This gives enough time for your questionnaire, research, planning, and itinerary delivery before you leave.
Yes. Trips of 15 days or more are available by custom quote. Because longer trips can vary significantly in destinations, transportation, and planning complexity, pricing is determined based on the specific trip.
Choose the planning package that fits your trip, select your itinerary delivery date, and complete your booking. You'll then receive the questionnaire that gives me everything I need to start planning.
